Welcome to the Lumiar Community
At Lumiar, we are a blend of different traditions from around the world, but our foundation is firmly rooted in a lineage out of the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil. At the center of our community are the 2-3 day workshops that bring us all together in person. These workshops give our participants an opportunity to attend ceremony in a safe and supportive environment.

Spiritual Community
In a country that is becoming increasingly divided, we bring people together who share similar values. We are creating a network of friends who can support each other before, during, and after the ceremony.
Wellness Workshops
We specialize in guiding beginners by offering calm and grounded facilitation. We also have a supportive group of returning participants who hold space. People with prior experience from other traditions are always welcome.
Sacred Ceremonies
We provide the best conditions for you to have a safe, profound and transformative experience, which includes a peaceful temple, mother nature, clean organic food, and sharing circles, to name a few.

Our Location
Come visit our temple surrounded by a lush, green, mature forest. Conveniently located on Whidbey Island, a relatively short distance from Seattle, yet far enough away to be tranquil and wild. We will be gathering in a beautiful octagonal venue used exclusively for hosting workshops.
